Frequently Asked Questions
The vast majority of products in our guide are ones we use (and love) in our own home. Some are even products we registered for ourselves 15 years ago (a testament to their quality). The rest are products we’ve carefully researched and added at different times over the years.
Twice a year, usually in the spring and fall. Here’s a little added bonus for anyone who makes it this far down in researching our product. If we release an updated guide before your wedding, we’ll send it to you for free.
Yes and no. If you already feel like you have everything you need for your household (and like what you have), it might not be worth buying our guide. Furthermore, it might not worth making a traditional gift registry either. You might want to consider a down payment or honeymoon registry. If, however, you have a fully stocked kitchen, but it’s full of older items or things you feel like you could use an upgrade on, we do think you’d benefit from our guide.

No, it does not. Despite the proliferation of online registry options in recent years, selecting where to register is still pretty location dependent (when couples want their guests to have in-person purchasing options).
